Daily Online Meditation

Winter is here, and the Berlin darkness is getting to me.

These days I'm:

  • 😔More exhausted and anxious
  • 😫Drowning in "everything is too much" feelings
  • 😤Snapping at people (not my usual self)

But here's what worked for me last winter:
Three times a week, I meditated with a small group.

Simple. Yet it made all the difference.

  • Felt focused (as good as it gets!)
  • Felt grounded and at ease
  • Actually enjoyed winter (yes, really!)

So, let's do this together. Every morning.
